Scope

Phase II-level underwater archaeological investigations were conducted at 11 sites in the vicinity of Fort Edward, NY during first portion of this on-going project. Site mapping and site evaluations were completed at each of the 11 previously identified underwater archaeological sites. Each site was evaluating according to criteria for eligibility to the National Register of Historic Places.
