Scope

Scanning sonar investigations were conducted at the Chicago Civic Opera Building in the Chicago River, Chicago, Illinois. Sonar data were collected with Kongsberg MS 1000 scanning sonar system along the entire length of the building along the Chicago River to provide acoustic data on the underwater structural conditions.
